Frequently asked questions

Both facilities provide stable, home like living for ambulatory or semi-ambulatory males. We provide support, structured daily activities of work and leisure, and health and medication monitoring.  We supervise and redirect issues such as personal care and hygiene. Adult daily living skills are also taught. 

• Must be male, 18 years of age or older.
• Must require social support rather than medical/nursing care.
• A medical examination will be required prior to or within seven days of admission. Resident must be free of communicable disease.
• Must be capable of participating in activities of daily living.

Referrals to Campbell House LLC are accepted from DHS, county human service agencies, social service agencies, Care Managed Organizations or prospective residents working with Care Managed Organizations, and institutional facilities.
